Attorney Robert Fickman and Attorney Stanley Schneider represented an individual charged in Fort Bend County with the murder of an individual who was an innocent bystander to an altercation between the defendant and a third party.
Our Investigation Offers Tantalizing Revelations
During our criminal investigation, Gradoni & Associates’ private detectives found witnesses who testified that the third party involved in the altercation actually had a gun pointed at the defendant when the defendant fired and mistakenly hit the bystander.
Investigators also developed information that the victim’s mother had removed the third party’s gun from the scene before the police arrived.
The defendant was convicted of the lesser offense of manslaughter instead of murder as originally charged.
