J.J. Gradoni Investigates

Chief Investigator J.J. Gradoni interviewed a number of employees who admitted that they were aware that this individual had been taking granite and marble and doing jobs on the side for 100% profit. The investigation determined that the suspect had even filed an assumed name and set up a business location months before his departure.

The investigation by Gradoni & Associates allowed the client to obtain a $200,000 settlement from the insurance carrier.

The case is still pending criminal prosecution.
