Attorney Katherine Scardino represented a Surgeon in a divorce case, seeking custody of his children due to the fact that his wife was addicted to alcohol and “speed”.

Investigators were able to trace the wife’s purchase of amphetamines through an Internet prescription service that had recently been “busted” by the Feds for dispensing prescriptions without proper Doctor visits.

During the course of our surveillance while the “good Doctor” was out of town with his kids, his wife had a male spend the night at their house. Our background check revealed that this individual had lengthy criminal history.

Custody Success for the Doctor

RESULT BASED ON INVESTIGATION: When the wife was presented with all the evidence against her she agreed to move out of the house and relinquish custody of the children.
