Attorney Gary Polland represented one of five juveniles charged Capital Murder for entering a home and killing one of the homeowner’s sons during the Robbery attempt.
Private Detective Klein Investigates The Murder
Investigator Cindy Klein interviewed a number of the defendant’s teachers and relatives, determining that he was a pretty good student and athlete who had gotten involved with the wrong crowd. Gary was also able to prove that the defendant did not have a gun at the time of the Robbery/Homicide.
The defendant had been freed from Juvenile custody prior to his hearing and had an exemplary record since his release. Our defendant was the only one of the group not certified as an adult.
