PRIVATE EYES OF TEXAS
August of 2006 Edition
A Message from J.J.,
It has been sometime since we have put out a newsletter. I recently got a call from Karen Barney who won an acquittal on a case that we provided investigative support. Karen asked me to put notice of her victory in our newsletter. Many exciting things have been happening with our cases and our diversified client base. It is my sincere hope that I can spread the good news to you all on a regular basis.
I would like to thank Randy Schaffer who referred two criminal defense clients to Gradoni & Associates, Stanley Topek and Mandip Kumar an Attorney in England representing a police officer charged with a sexual offense. I would also like to pass on my congratulations to my good friend and long time client Rob Fickman who is the new President of the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association.
Your continued support and business is greatly appreciated.
Promoted to Vice President
Carey Wellmaker has worked with Gradoni and Associates since November 2000. Carey had previously worked for fourteen years with the State of Texas Office of the Inspector General. Carey has learned every aspect of our business. Carey has always been an excellent investigator and has developed into a very proficient Case Manager who possesses good intuitive ideas on how to approach a case.
As a lot of you know, when you call with a new assignment you can ask directly for Carey knowing that your case will get handled in an efficient and effective manner.
Carey will manage all of our Cases, Investigators and Researchers, and work with our competent staff in order to provide our clients with the most thorough and complete work product. Carey’s most admirable quality is that she always thinks about the client’s interest first. As a result, she will take the time to research, review and discuss with the client the best possible avenues to pursue in order to provide the client the most accurate and comprehensive investigation best suited to their needs and budget.
