Attorney Mary Conn represented a male who was accused by a female roommate of sexually assaulting her. The defendant and his cousin were allowing the female to stay in their efficiency apartment because they knew each other from Cuba and she had no place to stay.
The female told both the prosecutor and our Investigator that she had never had sex with the Defendant but the roommate in his interview stated they had sex all of the time and he actually moved out because it made him feel uncomfortable.
The case never went to trial and it was dismissed.
