Attorney Octavio Bujosa represented a male who had been accused by the mother of his child of sexually assaulting her when he visited her residence after their separation.
As a result of our investigation we learned that the female was very upset that the defendant had visited her house driving his new girlfriend’s vehicle.
After two extensive interviews, she admitted that she had been drinking heavily, prior to the defendant coming to her residence and that the sexual encounter that occurred was consensual and she never asked him to stop.
She further told us in an Affidavit she provided, the only reason she called the Police was because she was hoping the Defendant would be deported.
