Attorney Mary Conn represented an individual charged with Capital Murder in a dope rip off.
The case was very convoluted, due to the fact that the victim’s mother had made a number of postings on social media, which compromised our Defendant’s identification by the witnesses.
Each of the witnesses involved had lengthy criminal history and after being interviewed, neither one of them could provide a consistent statement over what occurred.
