Robbery of Bicycle at Gunpoint, They Claimed
Attorney Gary Polland represented 1 of 3 Juveniles charged with stealing a bicycle and then shooting at the Complainant after the theft occurred. The State wanted to certify our Defendant as an adult.
Gradoni & Associates Investigates Said Robbery
Our Investigation determined that the Defendant was merely with 2 other individuals who took the bicycle. One of the Co-Defendants fired a gun at the lock on the bicycle but not at the Complainant. The certification efforts were dropped. The Defendant was not committed and was released on Probation.
RESULT BASED ON INVESTIGATION: Adult Certification Failed, Defendant Given Probation
